Proposed DED

The facade is composed of two intersecting volumes that contrast solidity with transparency. The design references regional architecture while giving the openness expected of a modern business building.

A shaded canopy, inspired by the gutrah, gives the building its identity and shelters the entrance. Reclaimed sail elements refer to the UAE’s dhow-building heritage and add texture.

A raised entrance marks the point of arrival, and reclaimed timber screens add warmth and support the project’s sustainability aims.
